Claims from DEFEND insurance now settled in the Fortegra service network

PRAGUE, Czech Republic (20 February 2023) – The claims handling process for DEFEND insurance products which is underwritten by Fortegra Europe has been further streamlined. Clients can now use Fortegra service network, which consists of nearly 100 service stations across the Czech Republic. Trained professionals from the service network will guide clients through the entire claims process and provide the necessary documentation to get their car back in operation as soon as possible.

A car is nowadays, indispensable for most people, whether they use it to commute to work or need it for their business. So, if a problem occurs, it is crucial for the owner to get back on the road as soon as possible.

"We understand that fast claims handling and quality customer service are top priority for our clients. That's why we have long-term focus on streamlining the claims process for our extended warranties DEFEND Car Protect and other DEFEND insurance products. We have reduced administration maximally and approval of the insurance claim takes place the same day after the delivery of the documents from the service centre. The Fortegra service network consists of a wide variety of service stations from the partners of DEFEND INSURANCE, Fortegra Europe and selected branches of the broad LKQ service station network. Thus, clients can use almost a hundred service centres across the Czech Republic when dealing with DEFEND insurance claims

Now they only need to report the claim incident and they will be contacted by an employee of the Fortegra service network, who will then arrange the delivery of the car to the most suitable service centre. Clients are then guided through the whole process allowing them to get back on the road quickly and without worry.
