DEFEND INSURANCE Kft. becomes a Tied Agent for Fortegra (FEIC Ltd)

Hungarian operating company DEFEND INSURANCE Kft. has become a tied agent for Fortegra Europe Insurance Company Limited (FEIC), an international A-rated insurer, and is now able to conclude and administer policies and handle claims on it’s behalf.

Following the acquisition of majority stake of DEFEND INSURANCE GROUP by the US company Fortegra Financial, we have now successfully completed the process of transition so now all DIG operating companies have access to financial strenght and underwriting capacity of Fortegra’s wholly-owned European subsidiary, FEIC.

In order to accommodate all changes with the new insurer, we have registered new company DEFEND INSURANCE Kft, which is now a tied agent to FEIC, while the former company DEFEND ASSIST Kft, will continue to provide all operations related to CIG Pannónia business.

We have also taken this opportunity to relocate to a new address, which offers more spacious, modern and equipped offices.
