DEFEND INSURANCE launches online training platform DEFEND LEARNING ACADEMY
Since August business partners of DEFEND INSURANCE GROUP (DIG) can look forward to the new online training platform DEFEND LEARNING ACADEMY (DLA). In the several modules and in a user friendly way, it will tell them everything they need to know about DIG and their products.
Calling on more than 25 years of expertise, all videos and supporting documents are designed to provide business partners with all the tools they need to enjoy sales success.
‘’DLA have been created to help boost results of our partners and increase income when selling our products.
They will learn, how to offer products in a way that produces sales, how our products benefit their customers,
and more,” says Andrew Quirke, Managing Director of DEFEND INSURANCE GROUP, with the fact that the platform
will function in all Central European countries, where DEFEND operates.
On 1 August DEFEND LEARNING ACADEMY was launched in Czechia, Hungary and Poland. Slovak version will follow. For comfortable use, each country has its own language mutation.
„The platform also enables us personalization for each partner since their offerings differ. Thus, every partner will get access only to those materials he needs,“ added Kateřina Písaříková, CEE Marketing Manager of DEFEND INSURANCE GROUP.
In the following months DEFEND will also add administration modules to show their partners all useful features in their online system iDEFEND including reporting, everything they and their customers need to know about claims, and also back office administration – processing payments, cancellations, changes and others.
Moreover, not only does the DLA platform provide them with much knowledge and information, it is also
able to provide them with certificates of completion following successful testing after each module. Those
certificates serve as proof to us and our regulators that business partners have been trained and are
capable of offering their products in a professional manner according to all requirements and law.
