- Name of rental company, Location, Dates, Vehicle model, Plate number, Excess.

- Vehicle registration number must be shown on the photos.

Police report if required by law.

Credit card statement showing payment of the damages claimed.
- Please make sure the document is showing the last 4 digits of the credit card used to pay for damages and the bank name.

Driving licence.
- With valid proof of residence in the country required by your policy if necessary. This document must not exceed 3 months.

Signed authorization of the policyholder giving permission to handle the claim on his/her behalf (if required).
